Education
I earned my Engineer’s degree in Multimedia Technology and Design from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, where I developed a strong foundation in design principles, user experience, and programming fundamentals.
My education provided a solid foundation for blending creativity and technology — shaping my career in digital design.
Expertise
My expertise lies in crafting human-centered digital experiences that blend creativity with technical precision.My technical toolkit includes proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

— Analyzed and optimized livestream and playback flows to enhance the user experience of the FPT Life app.
— Migrated camera features from FPT Camera to the FPT Life app to unify functionality and improve user experience.
— Conducted usability research pre- and post-launch.
— Collaborated with the BA to gather requirements, understand product logic, and co-create effective user flows.
— Created hand-off documents and collaborated directly with the Technical team (FE, BE and IoT).
